This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Research shows that young children are able to learn best when they are able to play and are truly engaged in their learning. By providing robot characters and magnetic figurines that students can manipulate, students will be able to participate in an engaging extension of class read-alouds.

Students will develop storytelling skills and practice their communication skills in a modeled environment in order for them to gain the confidence to communicate with others.

Students will be able to build, move, and create characters using these figurines. These figurines will provide my students an opportunity to retell, act out, and sequence the stories through play. These figurines are a must for my students!
