My Students

Our school is considered a math and science school. Our students have strong academic potential.

Our school celebrates diversity, from our wide array of backgrounds to the broad scope of goals and interests we share.

Our school is very diverse with a 63% minority and 33% of our students receive free or reduced-rate lunch.

Science Olympiad is a club where students have the opportunity to collaborate and advance their scientific knowledge. Our school has been participating in tournaments for years, claiming multiple regional and state titles.

My Project

My RoboNerds belong to a very active robotics team. They attend numerous competitions and organize many outreach activities that they want to post on social media to promote their activities.

My team's motto is: "Get Inspired, Inspire Others".

My RoboNerds want to take advantage of social media to grow their community of sponsors and supporters.

The Nikon 3500 series camera kit with zoom lenses will allow my team to take fantastic pictures and videos of their successes (or goof-ups!) to share with you, Donors, and with the world of FIRST robotics competitions.

Last month, my RoboNerds qualified for the World competition in Houston, but because of the recent events, the competition is postponed until further notice. However, eventually, things will get back to normal and we shall go back to what we love: Robotics!
