This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how curious and creative my students are. They light up when given the chance to build, test, and redesign something with their own hands. Whether it's a moving whale, a crane, or other robotic projects, they are always eager to problem-solve and collaborate.

The Strawbees robotic connectors will allow my students to turn their ideas into real, moving creations.

These materials will help them learn about engineering, coding, and robotics in a way that feels like play. They'll explore how structures work, use block-based coding to program movement, and make cross-curricular connections to science, math, and storytelling. This hands-on resource supports all kinds of learners—especially those who thrive with tactile and visual experiences—and will help students see themselves as inventors and engineers.
