My Project

Our school library is a wealth of educational resources and a well-used community space still lacking one thing -- enough seating for smaller bodies. In our current adult-sized chairs, individuals under 5'2" cannot sit with their feet fully touching the ground. It's hard to focus when you are constantly adjusting your body to find comfort.

The wobble chairs and stools in this project is designed for smaller bodies and increased comfort, encouraging greater focus, increased learning experiences, and more desire to visit the library.

More time in the library means additional opportunities to explore, expand, collaborate, build relationships, and plan the impact we want to have within our community and beyond.
