This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am creating this project to help build my reward and incentives supplies to reinforce positive behaviors after returning from Winter Break. As a Team Lead, I promote and focus on positive behaviors from my students. Focusing on these behaviors serves as an example for other studnets to follow.

I plan on using the treats and snacks as incentives for positive behaviors to reward students who exemplify daily what it means to be a student who ROARS by being Respectful, Oraganized, Act with Empathy, Ready to Learn, and Safe.
