In our low-income school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Many of our students do not have the ability to bring in their own snacks, or have any internet access at home, so these incentives help our students complete work appropriately and remain in class more often.
Many of my students have learning disabilities, and work well when provided incentives.
They love to have snacks during the end of the day homework time, listen to music as an incentive, and other fun incentive prizes!
My students benefit from constant rewards, and incentives during the class and throughout the day as well. They need daily rewards to help them to complete their work and to see their hard work pay off. Snacks and food help them focus during homework help, and headphones help provide music incentives during independent work time. Fidget toys are received as prizes, and support during class as well. I get to teach some of the best students in the city, and with the right supports, and I want to be able to provide them with the best education as well. They deserve the best, so I want to give them the best.
