Help me give my students rewards for their good behavior. As a behavior class I use a token system for students to earn tokens that they may spend on rewards. Student preference matters a lot.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My classroom is for students with emotional and behavior disorders, we have one 2nd grader, two 3rd graders, one 4th grader, and one 5th grader. The nature of my classroom is very community oriented. We like to call ourselves a family because there are so few of us. It's an awesome classroom because we build connections while learning and growing socially and emotionally. We help one another and look out for each other's best interest. We teach each other how to be resilient, and advocate for ourselves and those we care about.
My classroom requires a high level of individualization and flexibility, this allows for both personal and academic growth for students who often struggle in more way than one.
The mixture of grade levels in my classroom can pose as a difficulty when it comes to teaching and planning, but the small ratio allows for close relationships and rigorous lessons.
My Project
My students can earn points they may spend on items in my class store. If the students don't like what I have to sell they may not feel motivated to have good behavior and work hard. For example, I have a student that is not interested in toys or games, he thinks he's "too old", but he is motivated by snacks. Also, legos are a VERY popular item that both girls and boys have purchased in the past, and wish to purchase more of.
The items in my cart are not only highly requested items but items they may use during a "cool down" time, when they are upset.
My token system is very efficient for improving behavior and independence, but it's very expensive to maintain on my personal budget.
