Help me give my students motivation to behave and grow through a building wide reward store with items such as fidget pencil toppers, pencil grips, and other fidgets.

As a public school, the budget often doesn’t fund ways to reward students for following expectations. That leaves a hefty load on the teachers financially. Several teachers in our school with PBIS, want to start a schoolwide store to help reward students for following expectations. Because of our limited funding for things students actually are motivated to get, we have had to give rewards only to the top students in our school. This means a lot of our students go unrecognized for the efforts they put in on a daily basis, and it gives the struggling students a bar so far out of the reach that they can’t justify trying to go for it.
You can help our entire school be more motivated towards good behavior and growth than ever before.
As well as encourage teachers by easing their financial load at the same time!
Once a month, classes will have the ability to select an item from the store, such as fidget pencil toppers, pencil grips, and other fidgets, based on their behavior, attendance, and grades. These items are going to start that store off right!
