Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
These materials will make a difference in my classroom by enhancing their learning. Students will be given rewards for finishing their work, trying their best, making the right choices, helping their peers, and for good behavior. Rewards will help keep students motivated throughout the day. It also increases positive experiences and helps students persevere in everything they do. Rewarding and recognizing students' good actions lead to a positive classroom environment. My goal is to use good behavior punch cards to keep track of students' positive behavior, participation, etc. Once they are completed students get to pick a prize. In other words, rewarding students increase students' engagement.
