Reviving the Past

Help me give my students drum heads to replace the 80-year-old heads on some WWII-era drums recently returned to our school.

My Project

During the 1940s, our high school music department had a large drum corps. I have been working to track down some of that equipment that has been spread throughout the community over the years. Recently, two snare drums showed up at our school and I would like to restore them to their former glory.

The history and heritage of our music program are important and deserve to be preserved.

These drum heads will help make that possible. The drums are in phenomenal shape for their age and just need a little TLC (and new heads).
