This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students work hard to achieve their goals. Almost all of our students are considered “at-risk”.

What our students truly are is brilliant, and they need a chance to fly.

Every student who graduates from our school also graduates with an associate's degree in their chosen field of study.

My Project

Students learn to build their own robots, program and modify for a specific and different game sponsored by our state computer science teaching association each year. Our robotics competition is retiring poor old Evie. The Lego SPIKE robots will be the new replacements for the Lego EV3.

We can't participate in the competition without Lego SPIKE robots.

We have two teams, so both teams would benefit from having their own kit. We wouldn't want to have to build and rebuild during competition. Our students need your help to keep participating.
