Our students are funny, energetic, hard working and enthusiastic to learn. They deserve to have every tool they need to become an educated and successful member of society. They appreciate the little things and this project will help make their lives a little easier.
My Project
We have had HUGE success with our Caring Closet. There has been an increase in student confidence since we started this project and we need help continuing our mission.
We have been able to supply over 50 students with hygiene essentials, food, clothing and shoes but we are running out of certain items quickly.
The items we are requesting will help us restock our closet. We have received a large amount of new/used clothing and shoes. The shoe racks and hangers will help us store these items so students can come in and "shop" for new clothing and shoes. The detergent will help us wash our students clothes using the schools washer and dryer since most of them do not have access to one at home. The Caring Closet has been a huge success and we want to continue to make our student's lives a little easier.
