I have a diverse group of 3rd grade students who all have a heart for learning. Each morning, when I meet them at the door, they are ready to start a new adventure with me.
I have 25 students in my homeroom and 25 in my afternoon class.
They consist of several special education, gifted and talented, Dyslexic, African-American, Marshallese, and white students. Our student population is growing due to the opening of a poultry factory three years ago. We are receiving several more Marshallese students who have a need to learn to read and learn our language.
My students are enthusiastic and energetic learners who love interesting ways to learn. They are hands-on learners that look forward to each challenge. I look forward each day to seeing their smiling faces, each with their own unique personality.
My Project
Daily Language Review, Four Square Writing and Reading Comprehension are only a few great resources to use to help my students success.
These resources have examples and definitions that make it easy for my students to understand and be successful on each skill.
They are easy to read with several pages of practice.
I have several different levels and some of the resource books are differentiated so there is a level for each student so they can be successful. I received the Language Fundamentals from a different donors choose project and it has been so helpful for the practice and assessments.
