I have a very enthusiastic, cheerful, hard-working group of 6-year-olds who love to learn! They are super motivated by technology which allows them to be engaged in learning the content. Each one of my students is kinesthetic learners, so it takes a lot of material to help them in their learning experiences. Each day they come in the classroom asking what activities they are going to be doing, which tells me they are excited to learn!
All of my students are leaders in the classroom, and they work hard every day to meet the expectations of not only the classroom but the school as well.
It is a blessing to me to watch them learn and grow each day. I set very high expectations for my students so they may raise the bar in their own personal goals in the classroom.
I hope to add some engaging materials to meet their learning needs so they may achieve a greater level of learning. This will only motivate them to strive for greater in the future. I am a firm believer that my students will move mountains if we only give them resources to do so.
My Project
Being able to purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers to print and laminate will provide engaging learning materials for students to use when reading and learning math. These resources are made using research-based strategies in which prove to create student achievement. There are so many different learning styles in the classroom, so it’s important to try and provide learning resources that will accommodate as much as possible. I am hopeful that with these supplies I can create learning materials that are fun and easy for students to use in the classroom.
