Over my teaching career, I have always believed that students learn best through play and hands on learning. In my classroom, my students use these types of materials and manipulatives everyday. Because these items(stepping stones , headphones, double sided whiteboards and building sets)
are always a favorite, they go through a lot of wear and tear being in an early childhood setting while children are learning about responsibility.
In this project I am looking to replace these vital STEM materials and manipulatives to help my students grow and develop. The materials used in this project would help and are not limited to my students ability problem solve, develop critical thinking skills, share, develop teamwork, big body play, and the ability to hear their technology.
