Help me give my students STEM kits that will enable my students to become problem solvers like scientists, engineers, artists/designers and mathematicians while learning through trial and error.
My superstars are hard working, respectful, intelligent, motivated and eager learners. Despite the challenges their every day lives away from school might bring, they come in every day with positive and energetic attitudes. Seeing their smiling faces greet me every morning is one of the many reasons I love my job.
My Project
Distance Learning is no way like learning in the classroom with peers and teachers. Since the closure of schools due to Covid19, many students are stuck at home with minimal resources while trying to be motivated and learn and do their schoolwork. With social distancing orders in place, students are stuck at home with little peer interaction and not many fun and engaging resources/activities.
These STEM kits and materials will allow my students to be creative using critical thinking skills in the STEM engineering design process.
The Marble Maze STEM kits will enable my students to become critical thinkers, cientists, engineers, artists/designers and mathematicians while learning through trial and error. They will be able to design, make, test out and redesign their marble maze in order to accomplish the task.
With your help, this project can become a reality so that my students can enrich their educations with engaging hands-on activities that encourage them to stay motivated through distance learning.
