Reducing Anxiety in Middle School

Help me give my students deodorant for when they forget or haven't taken a shower, fidgets for anxiety and mascara for students to fix their makeup after crying. I'm a school counselor and these items would really help.

My Project

Middle School is HARD! I'm a school counselor in middle school. (Grades 6-8) Students are riddled with anxiety and having fidgets to manipulate during class, having deodorant and the ability to look/feel "normal" will help tremendously.

When students cry from stress or anxiety and mess up their makeup, they feel embarrassed and self-conscious the rest of the day.

Being able to clean themselves up after being upset will make the rest of the day go smoothly.

These few things will help ease their anxiety and make school and more comfortable place to be.
