This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students love learning and are excited to come to school every day. I work to create a fun learning environment through different classroom transformations, incorporating technology and having flexible seating. I love that my students enjoy their classroom. They express joy and awe when they walk into their classroom. Our students are not provided with state of the art resources and should be given an opportunity to excel in all areas. Our students are loving, caring, and compassionate. They help each other and cheer each other on every day. They inspire me to be a better teacher and I am always looking forward to seeing them every day!

My Project

These materials will help me create an environment where students are not getting headaches and anxiety that is brought on by the harsh lighting that is standard in a classroom. These light covers will help students focus and help eliminate harsh glares that cause eyestrain that is brought on by flickering lights. These materials will have students while learning as the lighting in the classroom will help create any eye strains and they can read, and write without having headaches. These covers will bring on an added flare to the classroom as they have clouds that enhance the learning environment. Students will be able to enjoy their classroom s they focus on their learning while in a cozy space that is enriched by beautiful clouds in their ceilings.
