This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Recess at our school is always special. Students explore the world around them, organize games to play and interact and collaborate together. There are a range of opportunities for students to exercise and move during recess.

Soccer is one of the activities that a number of students always get involved in.

Currently, we do not have goals big enough to allow students success when shooting for the goal and to practice their shooting in. The materials from this project will be made available to all students to use during recess when playing soccer. Additionally, they will be used in PE when students do their kicking/soccer unit!
