My students are a group of fun, ready to learn 5 and 6-year-olds.
Kindergarten is the first school experience for a lot of these kiddos, and I want to make sure it makes the best impression possible on their growing minds.
Our school is a very unique mix of fantastic students. We do what we can to reach each child's individual needs the best that we can.
We work hard to help every student who comes through our door to have the best experience possible, and this project will help us be able to accomplish that.
My Project
The use of these items is a daily activity in my classroom as we use them during recess. The stilts, swing balls, and jump ropes will help the students develop motor skills. The climb and crawl will be installed in our playground area and be used for years to come.
By donating to our project, you will not only give the students more to do during recess, you will also help them, through the use of the recess equipment, learn critical thinking and cooperative learning skills.
Recess is a time for the students to learn through exploring, however without proper equipment it is hard for the students to get these learning experiences. These items will change my students' lives for the better because they will learn to play well with their peers as well as motor skills they may not get otherwise.
