My Students

My third graders are extremely enthusiastic about learning.

Over the past four months of one hundred percent virtual learning, they have exemplified resilience and enthusiasm through all the ups and downs of technology challenges and reduced opportunities for connection.

We are going to be one hundred percent virtual until the end of January at the earliest. I want to reinvigorate my students' love for learning with resources that will help them collaborate and connect more in the classroom, virtually or in person.

My Project

My students love to read; however, we are greatly limited to online texts because we don't have our traditional classroom library.

With almost six and a half hours straight of online learning, my students need more opportunities to rest their eyes while building their reading skills with books that represent them, are high-interest, and on their level.

This project will help my students get the physical books they need to take their reading and engagement to the next level during this stretch of online learning and beyond! I appreciate all of your support.
