Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This school year I'm lucky to have 24 students assigned to my roster. My kindergartners love to read books, write about familiar topics, draw pictures, build structures, do experiments, and pretend play throughout the day. For many of them, my classroom is the only place they feel value and heard.
Many of my students will be walking through deep valleys, but not alone.
Every morning my 5 year old students come ready to learn, discover, and explore new things.

My Project
My students will be able to read and comprehend more easily text read aloud to them if they focus more. Flexible sitting is something that I would like to offer in my classroom so my students can learn without distractions. Having the wobble chairs would make them read and write with fun and excitement. Materials like the magnetic white boards, and the Spanish alphabet tubs will complement the task.
With your kind help they will achieve their Reading and Writing goals in a fun way!
With the jumbo magnetic ten frames and with the magnetic numbers and counters it will be fun to add and subtract.
