This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m excited to begin teaching a new grade level this year and with that, comes the opportunity to create a fresh, engaging, and supportive learning environment for my students. They are bright, curious, and eager to explore new ideas. To help them succeed, I want to ensure they have access to the tools and materials that make learning hands-on, meaningful, and fun. This project will provide essential supplies for our new classroom, including notebooks, folders, writing tools, organizers, and other resources that support daily learning activities.

These materials will help us stay organized, encourage collaboration, and allow students to participate more fully in lessons.

Whether they’re solving math problems, writing stories, or working on group projects, these supplies will give every student the tools they need to stay engaged and take ownership of their learning.

Having a fully stocked classroom makes a huge difference in student confidence and motivation. When students don’t have to worry about missing materials or feeling unprepared, they can focus on what really matters, learning and growing. These supplies will help create a welcoming environment where all students feel supported, capable, and excited to learn each day.
