Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Memories are priceless! Help me save my students' first school memories and make our projects more interesting.
My students are wonderful children.
I wish nothing but the best for them. I treat them like my own children. They are always happy, regardless of all the problems they encounter. In their everyday life they encounter gangs, graffiti, and so much more. My class consists of 100% Latinos. They all qualify for the free meal program since they are low income families.
My Project
Are spiders good or bad? That is the question for our PBL project ( Project Base Learning). It would be great to be able to take my class around the school and take pictures of all the spiders we find. It would be wonderful to make a big book with the photographs. Besides projects, I would be able to capture memories for the parents who are not able to attend their children's performances.
A digital camera will give me the opportunity to take pictures of students participating in assemblies, take photos for projects, it will make our bulletin boards more interesting and we will be able to save the memories of our field trips.
Please help me make learning come alive with photographs.
