Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I work with kindergarten students in a Title I school. The majority of my students qualify to receive free or reduced-price lunch. It is a small school with about 550 students. The students attend full-day kindergarten.
I love teaching kindergarten because the kids are so eager to learn.
They are like little sponges, soaking up all the information. With budgets being cut every year, I need to look elsewhere to get the resources my students need.

My Project
Learning through developmentally appropriate hands-on games will make the kindergarteners experience meaningful and exciting!
Children learn best through fun, engaging, and real-life play!
Games can and will motivate children to learn and create a healthy environment filled with fun and learning!
These activities will help students learn to recognize their letters and sounds. The math activities will help students with counting and sorting. If we can make reading fun right from the start, imagine where these children will go and what they will achieve!
Early learners need to PLAY! These games will enable our children to learn while having so much FUN!
