This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

All set? You bet! My little artists are back into the physical classroom and they are ready to put their art skills to work!

We work to build positive teacher-student relationships, support new relationships with peers, help foster a social-emotional environment, and play as we learn.

It is a joy to bring opportunities to build a strong foundation for school success to these young people . All kids need is a little help, a little hope, and somebody who believes in them. That's ME! I love them to pieces!

My Project

Art is essential in the development of young learners. When children are exposed to any artistic activity, the brain is stimulated from sounds, movements, colors, and sizes.

This art project will give children the ability to express themselves and communicate their emotions, thoughts, and experiences as they create their own masterpieces.

The children will engage in many opportunities of open-ended art play. By supporting this project, the development of cognitive, social-emotional and multisensory skills will come alive.

The children will create and appreciate visual beauty through the arts and crafts!
