My Students

My students are amazing for their courage and resilience. I am teaching an inclusion class where most of the students are below level. Mostly due to circumstance rather than ability.

When we think of education, we all understand that it takes a total effort for the students to have the best chance at success.

These kids are amazing but lack the resources outside of the class to get the most out of the experience. These are amazing kids that need your help.

My Project

The Write & Wipe boards will give each student an opportunity to stay involved in class discussions even if a little shy. The Finding Evidence Comprehensive Kit, Think, Talk, Write Reading Center, and Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing will help build the students literacy skills.

With these items, the students will have a fun engaging way to build on skills they sorely need, and unfortunately are finding very difficult to understand.

With your help, these items, and the effort my students put in every day, we can bridge the literacy gaps and focus on becoming the successful students that I know they can become moving forward.
