Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These past few years have been difficult for all of us. Children have been most affected by all of the changes that are happening. One of the best ways we have found to help bring children back together and help with their social and emotional health is to provide an opportunity to participate in free play.

This project will help update our recess equipment!

These items will provide more opportunities for my students to engage in outdoor activities. They will be able to play basketball, soccer, jump rope and so much more. This outside time is so important to allow students to learn how to engage with each other, play fair and practice positive sportsmanship.
