My students need Kleenex for the flu season and markers.
This project expired on April 14, 2016.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are enthusiastic learners and are beginning to understand and appreciate their environment and the world they live in. They enjoy hands-on activities and experiments. They appreciate anything that is donated to our class.
My students are enthusiastic learners who are eager to learn.
They relate well to their peers and are also enthusiastic readers! I work with kinder, first, and second-grade students. They come to me for reading intervention and are eager to become fluent readers.
On a typical day, we see more than 100 students. With the weather change, many of our students come to school with a runny nose or with the flu. We run out of tissue quickly. These boxes of tissue should last us for a while. We also need various colors of markers for our lessons. We can color code long vowels versus short vowels, circle different spelling patterns, etc. Color coding helps students get a clearer understanding of a lesson.
My project will make a difference because it will provide us with enough Kleenex for more than 100 students.
It will also provide us with enough whiteboard markers to enhance our lessons.
