My Students

Lawrence, Massachusetts is about 83% Hispanic, 50% of the students first language is Spanish, therefore there are a lot of ELL students we service. We don't always have the necessary resources to give kids what they need to expand their knowledge in the English Language. Everyday our students, families, and teachers give everything they've got to ensure that students are on the path to success, but we need to expand our toolbox. We need your help to ensure that our students have all of the tools necessary to achieve their dreams.

My Project

A BIG focus in first grade is being able listen and comprehend what is read to them. Raz-Kids' leveled eBooks provide an engaging, interactive reading experience that makes listening and practicing reading fun.

How can an instructor like me give all students an engaging opportunity to listen, read, and expand their vocabulary?

That's easy with Raz-Kids'!

With a variety of fiction and nonfiction genres in each reading level, Raz-Kids' eBooks strengthen connections in literacy and content-area instruction, and allow students to read and listen to texts at their level and in their areas of interest anytime, anywhere. Giving low-income students access to broaden their world is an investment in their future!
