ReadnQuiz to Encourage Reading

Help me give my students these headphones and a subscription to ReadnQuiz. My students need these products to be able to take online quizzes on books they read.

My Students

All of our students are bright and eager to learn. Our school is a Pre-K to 5th-grade elementary school in a small town located near a large military base. As they begin a new school year they have the hopes and fears like all students across the country. Will my teacher be nice? Will the other kids be nice? What time is lunch?

My students come from varied backgrounds which means they have different background experiences and abilities.

We have students who are homeless to children of military officers and civil servants like police officers and firefighters. They all have different needs and interests.

My Project

Students are required to read. To become better readers, you need to read. Many students don't like to read because they don't feel successful when reading.

"ReadnQuiz" will make my students want to read.

Instead of requiring students to do those dreaded book reports, students can read a book and then take a quiz on line, which gives them automatic feed back. Students earn points for quizzes passed. They can track their successes easily.

We are also requesting headphones which are necessary for this project. Students will be able to take quizzes without disturbing other students. With the headphones they can adjust volume levels so that they hear all questions with ease.
