This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
I love that my students are energetic and inquisitive. They are like sponges, sucking up knowledge on a daily basis. My students enjoy exploring, playing, and learning new things.
My students will explore different reading, writing, and arithmetic activities while learning through play.
They will use the literacy materials to have fun while learning to read along with read-alouds and learn phonological awareness skills. These skills are the foundation that will carry them through life.
Learning can be so much fun. I want students' first school learning experience to be memorable, exciting and everlasting!
