This year, my students are coming to a new classroom with the excitement to learn! Each child that comes is full of personality, and contributes so much to our class environment! We are so lucky to have one another and to share our learning experiences with each other!
Their excitement is contagious and makes me excited to help them learn each and every day!

My Project
All of the books on this list are wordless picture books. This will allow young students who are not yet reading to get excited about reading. Students read these books through the pictures and they can create their own story.
All students deserve books on their level!
These books will help beginning and struggling readers to see how exciting reading can be and how wonderful books are. Books such as Sector 7, The Red Book, and Tuesday are award winning wordless picture books. These books will be used in our classroom library and will also be sent home so all students can take home a book. All students can gain confidence in their reading as well as grow a love of reading from the very beginning.
