My students need bean bags because they will make learning comfortable and fun for my students. The beanbags will add additional reading space away from their desk.

My Students
My students are a pleasure to have in class. They have special needs which require additional assistance to help with meeting daily goals. In my classroom, I have a student who is nonverbal, and all of my students need assistance with daily life skills.
In addition, my students are very low functioning and struggle daily in their academics and life skills.
My students are very appreciative of the different tools that we have in our classroom to make our learning environment accommodating and comfortable. My students are special, because they really work to their fullest potential and they do no give up.
We are located in an area that have economic struggles. The request I make for our classroom are supplies that are specific to our classroom needs that are not supplied by our school. The request I make help my students access different tools and equipment that other students don't have access to. I teach a life skills course. This makes my students and classroom unique, because we are the only class in the building that have a life skills course. There are different supplies we need that are original from the rest of the classes.
My Project
I have requested bean bags for my students. Currently we have a classroom carpet that brings a brightness and additional seating to the class for the students. However, the students would benefit from having comfortable seating in the reading and circle area. The bean bags would provide comfortable seating for the students. This is a space where the students and teachers engage in daily lessons. This is also a space where the students engage with their peers during independent reading. In addition I requested ink for our printer. I make many copies for my classroom. The benefit of having our own printer is that I am able to print assignments and newsletters in color. Unfortunately, the color ink runs out quickly. Our classroom would benefit and appreciate your help with our project.
