My amazing students are in first grade and are in a dual language class. My students attend school in the Inland Empire. They attend a Title 1 school and are all on free and reduced lunch. They are very driven and love hands-on activities.
The majority of my students are first generation students, and are very driven to be the first in their families to attend a university or college.
They hope to use education to be able to strive for a better life in this country.
These materials will allow my students to enjoy art and diagramming in a fun are carefree way! The supplies used will be a part of our literacy centers. We will use the materials to support our learning of non-fiction texts.
We will use the information we learn and paint and draw all the information we learn by creating diagrams of animals or information that we learn.
We are looking forward to learning information from texts and incorporate art at the same time!
We are excited to potentially have these wonderful materials to help us in our literacy and art learning! Thank you!
