Reading Together Makes Novel Study More Fun!

Help me give my students enough books to read along as a class while we dig deep into some of our favorite literature! These class sets will make it possible for me to lead exciting book adventures.

My Students

My students come from diverse backgrounds and include low-income families and English Language Learners. I am building a classroom library that will appeal to a wide range of interests and abilities!

My students are not all able to afford the 'extras' that schools sometimes ask for, and I would like to be able to provide my students with classroom sets of fiction books so that we may participate in novel studies.

This will help my students to become critical thinkers as we read and analyze stories together. These books can be used year after year to benefit many students to come.

My Project

These particular books are excellent for teaching students about figurative language, plot, and the genres of fantasy and science fiction. Activities can be easily adapted to suit the needs of all learners.

Most importantly, these are highly enjoyable chapter books that will capture the imagination of my students and be the catalyst for meaningful classroom discussions!

My goal is to always have students discover that they really do love reading. Because not all of my students can afford their own copies, these books will allow me to share the joy of a great tale with students for years to come.
