My students are awesome! They care deeply about everything that happens at school and home. We celebrate diversity with open arms. My students are filled with amazing energy, kindness, and enthusiasm. They work hard and are natural learners with keen powers of observation.
My students absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box.
Every single one of my students has integrity and a positive attitude. My goal is to educate, cultivate, and inspire all of my students academically and physically, and motivate them for future learning.
We are still recovering from Hurricane Harvey and looking forward to another school year and future. Our community is stronger with pride after Hurricane Harvey.
I love inspiring my students to think and go beyond basic paper and pencil learning. I sometimes use books to engage my students and foster their learning with STEM abilities. In order for reading instruction to be engaging and effective, students need to be exposed to texts that are relevant and well-written. When texts captivate the attention of students, more information can be gained and built upon. The class-set of the book There's a Boy in the Girls Restroom will integrate learning across all subject areas and covers Texas standards necessary for success in higher grade levels.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase my students' reading levels, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
By being able to gift them with items to make their work easier and more special they will continue to work hard. A little appreciation goes a long way to students and my students give so much.
