My Students

My students are so eager to learn and develop friendships after a long time away from school. Their enthusiasm and positivity during a time of so many uncertainties is inspiring. Each student truly wants to learn and make a difference in our world. My classroom is filled with several creative, talented, thoughtful, intelligent students who excel in hands-on learning activities. They love to be active and have fun!

My Project

The materials I wish to purchase for my classroom will enhance my small-group reading instruction and promote better engagement among all students. My students need visuals to help them learn which is my goal for using a tabletop easel.

As a first grade teacher, teaching children how to read is my top priority as it will open so many doors for creativity, learning, and growth.

It is my hope that students will become excited about reading throughout the process. I want to instill a love for reading by purchasing new books for my students.
