My Students

My students are in the third grade located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their passion for learning is beyond my expectations. Not a day goes by that their excitement, creativity, and thoughtfulness doesn't make my day brighter.

My Project

A comfortable place with different seating options to read a great book can change a student's whole day. The time to relax and enjoy reading is what every reading teacher strives to see in her students.

Children will enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere for delving into a good book and imagining they are a character in the story; whether they lay on the carpet, sit on a chair, or relax with a cushion, each student will find their space.

Independent reading is the desire and goal for great third graders.
