My Students

I am an instructional coach in an elementary school. I specialize in reading and helping kids k-5 to be able to read on grade level. I am in need of additional decoding books to help support my students in their reading as they learn to decode.

Having students apply the decoding skills they are learning to text is a great way for them to apply that skill.

Decodable texts are very expensive and I would love to use this money to help offset this cost.

My Project

During Covid-19, we have many students out of school due to quarantine or exposure. These students have fallen behind academically. We are in need of some additional resources to provide one on one tutoring for the students to help them get caught up in their reading so that they can be successful in the grade level classroom.

With the help of these reading supplies, we will be able to help 50 additional students get the support they need.

This will help them to be able to be successful in their regular classroom and to have the confidence that they need to be successful in all areas of school.
