My students need a classroom library filled with nonfiction texts and an IPad they can use to research and explore their many inquisitive questions.
This project expired on April 30, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are eager to learn. They live in inner city and come from diverse and complicated backgrounds. 100% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. Although my students come from poverty and hardship, they are happy, loving children.
My students are inquisitive children who are always asking questions and seeking answers.
They work hard and strive to grow! They are eager to be in our class and brighten my day when they arrive. We learn from each other every day!
These materials will make a difference in my students' learning. The books will provide resources to research and explore many topics while the comfy seats will give the students a quiet place to read. The IPad will provide a way for students to experience the digital aspect of texts while also providing a resource that can extend and enhance their research. Students can research topics that may not be covered in the classroom library as well.
These materials will create the ultimate classroom library for students to enhance their learning!
The classroom library and TIME magazine will really help the students to embrace nonfiction texts and become lifelong learners.
