This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with all elementary grade levels focusing on reading and using a variety of strategies. I plan to use the materials to engage my students and have fun learning to read and write words! Thinking of how to have my students' learning become memorable, I thought of arts and crafts.

All my lessons have students practice their phonemic awareness, phonics, reading, and writing skills.

My students will be using different writing tools and paper to practice their writing skills and present their work by reading their words back to their peers.
