My Students
I'm a second-year kindergarten teacher. I provide a safe, effective, and stimulating classroom for my students. Any help to continue to provide this will be greatly and sincerely appreciated.
My students are wonderful.
They are so excited to learn, and they are very kind to each other. Their test scores are showing how much they are learning and growing. I am one proud teacher!
The classroom is filled with different personalities; however, they are all wonderful. My students work hard every day. I love how independent they are, how willing they are to help their friends, how respectful they are of faculty and staff, and how much they absorb information.
My Project
School is back in session, and we are in need of snacks for snack time. Most of my students come from low income homes, so it is harder for them to bring snacks. Our class eats lunch at 10:50 in the morning, so by the time school dismisses, their little bellies are grumbling. This is why we have snack time at 2 p.m.
We are a classroom that is in need of headphones.
I remember when I was in kindergarten, I liked to listen to stories on cassette tapes (my kids probably don't know what cassette tapes are- goodness). I found an old music player that will play cassette tapes, and I also found books on cassette tapes. Now all I need is headphones so that my little ones can listen to them! I am so excited for them to experience this old method of enjoying reading.
