Readers, Writers, and Thinkers: Mission #1-Chromebooks
My students need three more Chromebooks in our classroom. Websites, online books and articles, and research are a huge part of our day. Extra Chromebooks would allow us to work more effectively and efficiently!

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I am blessed to teach 19 little Warriors! We are a sweet group of 2nd graders from a small town in Tennessee, where every student receives free breakfast and lunch. We are very eager to learn, we work well together, and we strive to do our very best each day!
We all come from various backgrounds and even more diverse educational levels, but despite these differences, we come together to make our classroom great!
Our excitement for learning is evident by the smiles on our faces each and every morning!
Technology plays a key role in the world we live in today. Throughout the day, my students use websites and programs to help with academic standards. They access online books and articles to support the units we are working on. They also have opportunities to research questions they have about the topics we cover. Currently I only have four computers in my classroom for my students to use. With these extra chromebooks, I could offer more opportunities for my students to use technology as an active part of their education. I firmly believe that technology is a wonderful tool if used appropriately. With more opportunities to access it in the classroom, my students could learn how to use it, and gain so much knowledge through the process!
