This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students at our school are becoming leaders and readers. This year, we have implemented new initiatives that builds on our leadership skills and increases our love for reading.

We believe all students here, starting in pre-k, are capable of being successful leaders and readers.

Readers are leaders and leaders are readers!

My Project

These materials will be used to support our readers and leaders at our school and at home. The variety of books that I am requesting will give all readers an opportunity to read topics that they enjoy and give them a chance to learn and read about other topics that may interest them.

We believe that all children are able to succeed.

We are building leaders and readers at our campus through a strong literacy foundation. We know these books will impact many students and families at our wonderful school.
