My Students

Readers are Leaders. The next generation of leaders are being trained today. Therefore they need to be readers.

The students attending The Texas Education Center in Little Elm, Texas, come from a wide range of backgrounds.

Most ethnic groups are represented, as well as, many economic groups. The Education Center is a state charter school serving the Little Elm area.

My Project

Each of the books listed above will allow the students to view and appreciate a wide range of literary themes and personalities. As the read they will grasp a greater understanding of literary techniques and implement them into their own writing. Through this, they will be better trained to compete for university acceptance and for grants and loans.

These books will allow the students to be better prepared for the future as students and leaders.

The saying is true, "Readers are LEADERS." Through these books readers will become leaders.
