Help me give my students a richer vocabulary by purchasing the class novels and increasing their comprehension too. My students will benefit from the class novels during their class time and make good use of their new books.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This school year, I have a total of 40 gifted students. I have 20 third graders and 20-second graders. They are eager to learn and share their ideas with each other. I used the theme of reaching for the stars in my classroom. I have quotes around the class that tell my students the harder you work, the smarter you get.
The majority of my students come from other countries, such as Cuba, Niagara, and Honduras.
Many don’t have the funds to own their own computers at home. I make sure they are exposed to as much technology as possible and want them to gain as much enrichment as possible during their school year.
My Project
The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. My student will be able to choose books of their interest which will make reading more enjoyable.
With these new novels, my students will be able to choose from a assortment of books within their class library that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level and gain fluency as well as comprehension.
My students already have shown an astonishing interest in independent reading, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
