Being a teacher is such a fun job! I get to spend my day every day with a group of incredible kids that teach me just as much as I teach them!

I love spending time getting to know each of their fun and unique personalities.
I am fortunate to teach a diverse group of kids that come from a wide variety of backgrounds. My students inspire me each and every day with their hard work and dedication to do their best. They are shining stars and I know they will go far in life.
My Project
Class book studies offer a great learning opportunity for students! By reading through a book as a class, students get a learning experience unlike any other. The conversations that happen through a book study are authentic. Students bring their own thoughts and ideas and learn from each other through discussions about character and plot development.
Some children may never read a chapter book by themselves.
A class book study provides an opportunity for students that are hesitant to read a chance to read a chapter book with their friends.
My goal for these books is to help develop life-long readers!
