My students are special and enjoy sharing their interests with teachers and other staff every day. Some of my students spend time in a regular, general education classroom, some spend most of their time in a separate setting that allows them to have the quiet they need to focus on their academics and personal goals. All of my students need instruction that is tailored to their needs, so we are often learning 5 different things at once!
My students love hands on materials, and love to play to learn!
We are working hard on working as a group while also learning academic concepts. Puzzles and games like memory are a great way for us to practice academics and social skills together!

My students need hands Lea Ning Journey Mach It activities on to help them learn to read, rhyme, and work together! The Learning Journey Match It Activities are all hands on, durable, and will allow my students to work together towards a goal. These materials will be used by students in my classroom to practice both literacy skills and teamwork! All of my students are beginning readers, still learning how words are made of sounds and letters. My students need lots of practice to master basic reading skills.
Puzzles and games keep my students engaged and working together while I sneak in some learning.
These puzzles can be worked on by all my students at the same time, practicing our skills while helping each other, asking our friends to share, and being excited when we have worked together to finish the job. Having a variety will keep things from getting boring!
