My Students

I have a wide variety of races, religions, cultures, and educational ability. We love to learn! We are an extremely diverse school and district as well. My students take challenges head-on and find ways to overcome them.

We would love to have more opportunities to learn hands-on and succeed in our own individual ways.

Individualized education is the best way to reach all students. I use this technique on a daily basis and the students have grown exponentially.

My Project

Please help me supply my classroom students with a magazine subscription so we can reflect on the world around us and write about it. We would love an opportunity to share our writing pieces with others so a printer would also be very useful for us. By using the HP printer, we would have the opportunity to share our writing with others outside the classroom.

Some students never get the opportunity to leave their small communities and giving them a view into the world would let them travel without leaving the room.

Getting their own magazine every week would show them parts of the world they may never get to see. Time Magazine is an amazing nonfiction resource.
